Weigh in day again!
I'm actually doing it a day early. No real reason. I just felt
pretty good about my progress this week and I wanted to check in.
The results....a 3.6 pound loss this week!

I'm super excited people. I had a good week of eating healthier, avoiding stress foods and just trying to change my habits.
I've been eating salads for the past couple days, along with veggies and low fat dip. It's been yummy too. It's a habit I intend to continue.
I have to tell you this loss comes after eating the best cookies I've ever eaten in my life. I went to a bridal shower and the favors were little bags of cookies made by the groom's mother. Let me tell you, this woman is a cookie master. That bride is one lucky lady. It's too bad she doesn't have much of a sweet tooth. What a waste.
Anyway, I'm excited to get some fresh produce from the farmer's market tomorrow. I must have fresh apples. Strawberries too. I may try to find a u-pick place because I'm craving fresh strawberries. It may be a little early though. I'll check it out.
My butt muscle has finally loosened up. Thank God. I didn't do a whole lot of exercise this past week because although it was feeling better, I didn't want to push it. Now I've gotten the all clear from the chiropractor. Slim in 6, here I come!

ReplyDeleteWonderful, I sauteed asparagus the other day and put Mccormicks veggie seasoning on it, I did not realized how much I love it. Veggies are delicious!-so happy for you-Mismaelstrom
