Losing it.

I'm a happy little chubster this week! Just look at those numbers - down 1.2! Woohoo!!
I wish I could take all the credit, but I really have to thank the sickness for this loss. I've been plagued with the cold from hell for the past 6 days. This means that my fuzzy pink blanket and I have been bff's. I'm finally coming out of the sickness, but it's still lingering.
I did not meet my exercise goals because of the sickness. I could barely breath let alone do any sort of cardio. The extent of my activity consisted of sitting up in order to blow my nose.
Sexy, huh?
MB's been telling me how irresistible I am with my coughing, sneezing, hacking and whining. He can hardly resist me when I come to bed with my box of tissues and my breathe right strip across my nose.
Hot stuff.
Anyweigh, I did a session of yoga last night and even learned two new poses. Yay! I took the pup for a walk today since the sun is finally out. It's super muddy everywhere so her once white paws and belly are now brown and there are pawprints throughout my house.
Oh well, she's too cute splashing through the puddles. It's worth it.
I have no new recipes to share as I didn't really eat this week. My appetite was non existent. I will post some new ones next week though.

  1. Congrats on the weight loss! That's great! I've actually gained since starting LIB, but that's my own fault. I did, however, get out for a walk today at work. It felt great and I've got to do it more often.

    I hope you start feeling better soon.
