Today is the big day. Weigh in.
I have to say I am slightly disappointed.
200.
I even checked it three times!
I maintained. Which is a good thing, I guess. I was just really hoping to lose a pound or two.
I felt like I had a good week and totally expected a loss.
Things I did right:
-planned meals and stuck to them.
-ate out once, which is HUGE! (yay, me and MB!)
-ate half of my dinner out and saved half for lunch.
-snacked on fat free portioned snacks or fruit.
-drank lots of water and Crystal Light.
Things I need to improve for next week:
-track, track, track!
-exercise (I really had trouble fitting it in this week due to my crazy work schedule)
-really watch my portions.
-try the points system and see if that helps.
I'm not going to let this get me down. I can do this and I will. The pup and I already walked today, even though it was freezing, and I'm going to do some yoga before I get ready for bed.
My goal next week is to lose 2 pounds.
How are you guys doing?
Some weeks just don't produce a loss: the important thing is staying positive and keeping on track. It sounds like you're doing a good job so far, and that what you need to work on is totally doable. And hey, at least you're maintaining - that's a good thing, right? :)
